Thirty minutes on a video call is enough in almost every case. If the spot raises questions, or if you have several buildings, a few photos or a quick walk round filmed on your phone will do the job.

Your real volumes
How many kilos of food waste a year, really? We start from your own activity and from our field records, not from a national average. That figure determines everything else.

Where the composter goes
Service yard, terrace, loading bay, car park, the ground around the restaurant. It takes up less than a square metre and needs no foundation, no connection and no permit.

What you do with the compost
If you have beds, a kitchen garden or grounds of your own, the compost stays with you and there is nothing further to organise. If not, you contract a local operator to take it away, somewhere between 1 and 12 times a year depending on your volumes, and we help you frame the request.

Your compliance
Separation at source applies across our markets, but the date it came in, the thresholds and what you must be able to evidence depend on your own country. We go through where you stand against your local obligation, and what you will need to be able to show.

You decide, or you don't
No commitment, no automated follow-up. Above 3,000 kg a year, composting on site is no longer the right answer: we will say so, rather than sell you two machines that will not cope.

How long does it take?
Thirty minutes on a video call. If the spot raises questions or you have several buildings, we go through it with photos or a live walk round filmed on your phone, and it stays free either way.
Is there anything to prepare?
No. The headcount on a normal day, or the number of covers served, is enough to start. If you have weighing records or waste transfer notes, bring them along: the estimate gets sharper.
Is it really free?
Yes, anywhere we ship. The survey is remote, so there is no travel to bill in the first place, and we charge for neither the study nor the costing.
Who answers?
Someone from the team, and the same person stays with your site afterwards. See who you will be dealing with.
And if composting on site is not the right fit?
We say so during the survey. Volumes above 3,000 kg a year call for a different solution, and so does a site with no outdoor space at all.
How soon can we start?
The spot is agreed with you as soon as the order is confirmed; delivery then depends on the destination and on the shipping terms set out on your quote. Start-up and the team briefing take half a day, all of it remote.
