The whole process, on one page
Nine steps, three stages. You choose, we deliver and train your teams remotely, then the routine is yours: two minutes a week. Here is exactly what happens, from the first estimate to your own records.
First stage
From your volumes to your price
Four decisions are yours, and none of them takes more than five minutes. The online quote runs through all four; if you would rather talk, we go through them with you on a video call.

You choose your equipment
The ABC composter, or the garden composter ringed with its planter. One unit or two, depending on your volumes.

What happens to the compost
You keep the compost for your own grounds, or you have a local operator take it away. Collection is not part of our offer outside France: you contract it locally, and we tell you what to ask for.

Second stage
We deliver, and we train your teams remotely
Once your order is confirmed, we agree the delivery slot with you and go through where the composter will stand. Lead times and delivery terms depend on the country.

You receive your equipment
The composter arrives on a pallet, assembled and already loaded with its bulking material, ready to use. Two people or a pallet truck are enough to move it from the pallet to its spot: no foundations, no connections, no works.

We train your teams, by video
One session, open to anyone who wants to attend, plus the full kit: posters for the break rooms, stickers for the caddies, visuals for your internal communications.
Third stage
The routine: two minutes a week
Sorting and two minutes of the crank a week: that is the daily job. Emptying takes less than five minutes and happens a few times a year, depending on your volumes.

Collection, if you arrange it
What comes out of the composter is a finished compost, so in most cases it goes straight onto your own grounds and no collector is needed. Where you would rather have it taken away, a local waste contractor collects it; we tell you what to specify.

Bulking material, resupplied
It ships with your composter and is resupplied on request. Spare parts work the same way.

Your records
Weigh the bin at each emptying and note the date: that is the record an inspector or an auditor asks for. We supply the log sheet with the composter.
