The content of this site may not be used to train, fine-tune or feed a generative AI model without prior written agreement.

The "Easy to Compost" trade mark and its logo are used under licence or are pending registration by Caeterra. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Contracts for the sale or the rental of equipment are governed by our terms and conditions, which name the governing law and the competent court. Between businesses, a choice-of-court clause is enforceable under Article 25 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 within the European Union, and under the 2005 Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements between the United Kingdom and the European Union. None of this limits any mandatory right you hold under the law of your own country.
