We collect the data you send us through our forms (contact, demo request, quote, estimate): title, surname, first name, job title, company, email, telephone, together with the information about your site (areas, ground surfaces, constraints) needed to study your requirement.

We also collect browsing data for audience measurement, on the terms set out in our cookie policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests (assessment, quote, contact): pre-contractual steps taken at your request;
• Managing the commercial relationship and the service: performance of the contract or legitimate interest;
• Measuring the site's audience: your consent, collected through the cookie banner;
• Meeting our legal and accounting obligations: legal obligation.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended for the Easy to Compost teams handling your request. It may be processed by our technical suppliers acting as processors within the meaning of the GDPR, in particular our host (Infomaniak, Switzerland, a country recognised as adequate by the European Commission), our forms tool and our audience measurement tools. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention periods

• Prospect data / enquiries that go no further: up to 3 years from the last contact;
• Customer data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in line with legal obligations;
• Browsing data: for the periods set out in the cookie policy.

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of your data.

You can exercise these rights by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work, in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office.
